Phoenix, AZ (Local candidates only)
Work Schedule:
First 7–10 days onsite for training, then remote
Max Pay Rate = $22.33/hour
Job Summary:
DES is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level-1 technical support for agency users. Responsibilities include handling support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems related to desktops, hardware, software, Active Directory, VPN, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, printers, and other IT services.
Required
Skills & Experience:
2+ years of technical support experience in a call center environment
2+ years of hands-on desktop support experience
Experience with Windows OS, Service Now, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
A+, Microsoft, Google, or related technical certifications preferred
