Kforce has a client that is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst (IT Support/End User Computing) in Phoenix, AZ.

Overview
The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for end-user devices, applications, and IT systems. This role ensures a reliable computing environment by troubleshooting issues, supporting hardware/software, and delivering excellent customer service to internal users.

Additionally, this role supports user identity and access management, including creating and managing user accounts in Microsoft Entra  (Azure Active Directory), ensuring proper provisioning, access control, and adherence to security best practices.

This is a short-term, part-time assignment supporting a temporary coverage need. The role will be onsite in Phoenix, AZ, working Tuesday-Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for approximately 3 weeks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping in quickly to keep helpdesk operations running smoothly (-keeping the lights on-) and provide reliable support during an employee's absence. Candidates should be flexible and open to a short-term engagement.
