Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain systems for managed services operations. Develop production-grade automations and integrations across PSA, RMM, documentation, identity, and AI platforms. Work in a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in Phoenix, AZ office).

Automation Engineer

Phoenix, AZ (On-site, Remote)

• Design and build automated workflows using Rewst, Azure Functions, and serverless integrations with Python, Power Shell, and Type Script.
• Integrate platforms such as Connect Wise Manage, Microsoft Graph, IT Glue, NinjaRMM, Pax8, Sentinel One, and other MSP tools through APIs.
• Contribute to internal Node.js services, dashboards, and web tooling for automation visibility and scalability.
• Support development of AI-powered features including RAG over documentation, AI-assisted ticket triage, and document processing.
• Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automation solutions in production environments.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value manual processes and prioritize automation initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for automations, integrations, and operational procedures.

• 3+ years building automations, integrations, or backend services with Python, Power Shell, or Type Script.
• Experience with REST/JSON APIs, including authentication, pagination, and error handling.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Proficiency with Git, Git Hub, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Familiarity with platforms like Rewst, Connect Wise Manage, IT Glue, NinjaRMM, or related MSP technologies.
• Interest or experience with AI-powered systems, LLM‑backed features, or RAG workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
