5H0 Hub International Limited is seeking a CRM Support Technician to provide first-level technical support for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales platform and related Power Platform tools. In this hybrid role, you will assist users with day-to-day CRM functionality, troubleshoot issues, and support onboarding/offboarding processes for CRM users.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent work experience, with 1-2 years of experience in Dynamics CRM support. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple user requests are essential.
