We are seeking a Desktop Support Administrator L2 to join our team. The successful candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience working in a field services support capacity, with specific experience in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of IT assets. The role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as supporting local area data networking and Microsoft Desktop OS.

The Desktop Support Administrator L2 will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, supporting local area data networking, and maintaining IT assets. The role will also involve working with Microsoft Desktop OS, desktop application configurations, and troubleshooting.

Requirements
  • 2-5+ years of experience working in a field services support capacity

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop OS (domain environment)
  • Knowledge of standard Microsoft Productivity Applications
  • Working knowledge of Apple‑MAC operating systems and devices configuration and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of Service Now ticketing tool
