The Marketing Assistant plays an integral role in keeping Calroy’s marketing operation running smoothly. This is a cross-functional role that touches nearly every part of what we do — from digital platforms and campaign execution to events, content, and day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Strategist, and Marketing & eCommerce Coordinator, supporting shared goals across a small, collaborative team where your contributions are visible and your growth is supported.
The ideal candidate is platform-fluent, detail-oriented, and genuinely energized by keeping complex projects organized and moving. Experience with Hub Spot and Shopify+ is important — much of the day-to-day work lives in these tools — as is comfort toggling between operational and creative tasks without losing momentum.
Key Responsibilities Hub Spot & Email MarketingA significant portion of this role involves working inside Hub Spot to support our email marketing, database management, and automation infrastructure.
- Build, format, and QA email campaigns in Hub Spot, including layout, image placement, smart content, and mobile preview
- Create and clone landing pages, registration pages, and forms; maintain accuracy of tracking and list assignments
- Manage Hub Spot data hygiene: contact maintenance, list updates, lifecycle management, and segmentation
- Format, upload, and tag event and webinar contact lists to ensure accurate segmentation and follow-up
- Support workflow builds and automation setup under direction of the Content Marketing Strategist and Coordinator
- Pull recurring reporting exports, dashboard screenshots, and performance data
- Support email deliverability and database health through routine data cleanup and lead verification
You’ll assist with ongoing maintenance and updates across our Shopify+ storefront, practitioner resources hub, and Word Press pages.
- Assist with content updates including text edits, image updates, and page formatting
- Support landing page builds and updates, coordinating with the Senior Marketing Manager and Coordinator on requirements
- Assist with QA testing for website updates and new pages, documenting issues clearly
- Maintain and update FAQs, SOPs, and support documentation on the website and in shared drives
- Assist with update checklists, readiness tracking, and performance monitoring
- Support content uploads, formatting, and basic SEO implementation and tracking tasks
- Support blog publication: create blog header images, format posts, and coordinate the scheduling and approval process
You’ll support the team across a range of execution and coordination tasks that keep our campaigns, events, and operations on track.
- Provide live webinar support including Q&A chat management and technical assistance
- Support conference and event coordination including materials, logistics, and communications
- Track and update Asana project boards across active marketing initiatives, campaigns, and website projects
- Organize and file SOPs, launch materials, and project documentation in shared drives
- Collect and organize staff agenda items; support meeting scheduling and follow-ups
- Help prepare presentations, summaries, and planning materials
- Support manager and collaborate with team members on special projects, as needed
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, or a related field
- B2B marketing, healthcare industry, and/or dietary supplement industry experience required
- Hands-on experience with Hub Spot, including contact management, email builds, landing pages, and lists
- Familiarity with Shopify, Wordpress, or a similar ecommerce or CMS platform; comfort making basic content updates
