• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focus on anticipating challenges and delivering innovative solutions
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities

• Experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Solution Architect with strong leadership skills. The candidate needs to be able to interact with process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes
• Work experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management – driving discovery, business process re‑engineering, requirement elicitation, application configuration and driving production deployments
• The candidate should have the ability to translate business requirements to solution design, communicate complex designs to stakeholders and seek approvals
• Candidate should have the ability to work in an on‑shore/off‑shore model working with development and support teams across continents, managing delivery and driving automation opportunities
• Experience in multiple projects implementation with Oracle HCM Cloud

• Knowledge on Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI
• Demonstrate understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives and supporting existing functionality and integrations with other systems effectively
• Consultative approach for upgrades and best practice recommendations
• Experience in production support – app upgrades, incidents, and service requests resolution as well as problem solving and support to the integrations will be an added advantage

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location
