Web Landscape Strategist / Fully Remote

BA/ Associated with relevant years of experience
Minimum requirements:
- Previous healthcare/pharma industry experience
- Experience with data sets, especially competitive intelligence and/or external trends
- Excellent understanding of web analytics, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics
- Independent worker and strong collaborator. MS Office, and Jira will be helpful
Desired skills:
- Experience with competitive analysis tools
Responsibilities:
- Competitive web landscape insights gathering and analysis
- Gathering, cataloging, and analyzing global and country web-related market research
- Regulatory insights gathering, including cataloging of country-level restrictions for web
- Gathering output from CX work as input into commercial web strategy
- Proposal for gathering additional HCP and HCC/patient insights for web
- Additional support for the web team, as needed
Ideally, we want someone who has web experience (UX) and understanding of digital pharma because this person needs to go out and research our competition (competitive intelligence) and the overall pharma landscape (and other industries) and come back to us with a library of synthesized and easily accessible data, alongside best practice recommendations of what a good user journey looks like.
They are not looking for someone who leans too heavy in primary MR or someone who is too web analytics heavy. The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of web analytics (more for purposes of tying back KPIs to experience).
