Avg all in pay with base and bonuses $16-$18/HR

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair specializes in a wide variety of electronic device repairs, including cell phones, tablets, computers, laptops, and game consoles.

Amtel Repair is looking for candidates with good people skills, customer service experience, and a knack for technology. Sales experience is a plus. Candidates must be willing to learn electronic repairs.

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Face‑to‑face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Experience selling accessories, device care, smart watches, headsets, and related products.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (e.g., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications).
