10 is currently seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant
- Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in West Des Moines, IA, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Minneapolis, MN, and Charlotte, NC. This is an 18+ month contract opportunity.
This role involves leading and supporting enterprise print modernization and digital document delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will analyze and manage complex business and technical requirements across multiple integrated systems, partnering with technology teams to facilitate integrations involving APIs, service-oriented architecture, Kafka, and enterprise communication platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support enterprise print modernization and digital document delivery initiatives
- Analyze, document, and manage complex business and technical requirements across multiple integrated systems
- Support document lifecycle tracking, reconciliation, and metadata management processes
- Partner with technology teams to facilitate integrations involving APIs, service-oriented architecture, Kafka, and enterprise communication platforms
- Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of print and document-related solutions
- Participate in application support, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational execution activities
- Create user stories, manage backlogs, and support Agile ceremonies utilizing Jira
- Assist with migration and onboarding of applications into standardized print and communications architectures
- Support initiatives focused on print optimization, outsourcing, and digital communications adoption
Requirements:
- 5 years of Business Systems Analysis or Technology Consulting experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integrations and system architecture
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and managing technical initiatives
- Experience working in Agile environments using Jira
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and quickly become productive in a complex environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired skills:
- Experience supporting print, mail operations, document composition, or customer communications management platforms
- Knowledge of document lifecycle management and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with print production workflows, mail run files, insertion processes, and print floor operations
- Experience with SQL queries and database analysis
- Prior experience within large financial services organizations
- Previous experience with related enterprise document management platforms is highly desirable
Pay range: $51.72 - $59.72 per hour
