Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience within Data Management, Analytics, or Data Governance environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Strong experience with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC).
- Expertise in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Data Quality frameworks.
- Advanced SQL Server skills, including query development, performance tuning, and data validation.
- Strong Power BI experience including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, data mapping documents, and UAT documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
