Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python3 and Grafana, and will thrive in a hybrid work model. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the organization.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize technical expertise in Python3 to guide and support development teams.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana to ensure system reliability.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams.
• Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure success.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong technical skills in Python3 and experience with Grafana.
• Demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE
