Project Manager
Interview:
Virtual (Need Manager with a strong background in healthcare) Visa: USC and GC Hybrid – Phoenix, AZ (1 day/week onsite – Thursdays) (need local)
What You'll Do:
- Lead and deliver complex cross-functional projects, involving training, process improvement, and business operations
- Collaborate across multiple business units to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Drive engagement, create buy-in across teams, and maintain accountability for project outcomes
- Adapt and respond proactively to shifting priorities and project requirements
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- Must have recent healthcare industry experience
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to make decisions and manage risks
- Experience working with multiple business units and leading concurrent projects
- PMP or other PM certifications preferred
Tools & Technologies:
- Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Office Suite
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops is a plus
