Role: UX Designer No of Position - 1 Vertical - BFS
Required Skills & ExperienceEssential- 4-7+ years of UX design experience, with a significant portion delivered within banking or financial services.
- Strong user research skills - able to plan and conduct research with busy enterprise stakeholders and synthesize findings into actionable design decisions.
- Proven ability to design for complex enterprise workflows: multi-step forms, approval processes, status tracking, data-heavy dashboards.
- Proficiency in Figma including components, interactive prototyping, and design specification for handoff.
- Solid experience with end-to-end UX process: discovery, journey mapping, wire framing, prototyping, testing, and iteration.
- Comfortable working within Agile delivery teams throughout the SDLC.
- Strong communication skills - able to present design rationale to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
Preferred- Experience designing for Group Risk, Control or Compliance functions within a bank or financial institution - understanding regulatory workflows, risk frameworks (e.g. RCSA, operational risk), and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with GRC platforms such as Service Now IRM, RSA Archer, or similar enterprise risk management tools.
- Experience with Service Now Employee Center, Employee Service Portal, or UI Builder.
- Knowledge of financial services regulatory context: operational risk, conduct risk, regulatory reporting, or audit management.
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and experience applying them in enterprise portal design.
