IT Business Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
Position Overview

As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC’s Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL, Strongsville, OH, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities- Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints.
- Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.
- Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes.
- Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Communicate effectively across sales-focused and process-focused groups, tailoring messaging to audience needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and configure systems that are cost‑effective and meet business requirements.
- Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications and enhance system productivity as needed.
- Provide senior‑level consulting services to internal business groups on process‑improvement projects designed to improve business results.
- Analyze, define, and document client requirements, and revise existing system logic challenges as necessary.
- University/college degree (or equivalent education).
- 3+ years of relevant direct industry experience (or comparable combination of education, certification, and experience).

Base Salary: $55,000 – $120,750 (salary may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
