Sun Soft Online is seeking a Cloud Apple JAMF Administrator to support a state agency’s enterprise Apple device deployment. The role involves configuring and managing macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS devices through JAMF Pro and cloud technologies, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient device management.

• Administer and support Apple devices in a cloud‑managed environment using JAMF Pro.
• Manage the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices: enrollment, configuration, deployment, security, compliance, patch management, and retirement.
• Integrate JAMF with Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Intune, Entra , and other identity platforms for secure access and automated provisioning.
• Develop and maintain configuration profiles, policies, applications, and automation scripts.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to ensure device security, compliance, and optimal end‑user experience.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of Apple device administration experience.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience supporting macOS and iOS in enterprise settings.
• Endpoint management / systems administration experience.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• 100% onsite in Phoenix; current location must be on resume.
• Available for an in‑person interview within one week.
• Able to start within two weeks of an offer.
