Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at Veeva, you will help major pharmaceutical and biotech companies organize and manage their customer and product data. You will design and implement Veeva Network MDM to give clients a single, accurate view of their doctors, hospitals, and business partners across multiple sources. You will act as the lead solution architect and project driver.

• 50% Data Analysis & Solution Design
  :
  Meeting with clients, analyzing data needs, and designing system setup.
• 30% Technical Architecture
  :
  High‑level platform configuration, mapping data flows, and ensuring integrations work correctly.
• 20% Project Leadership
  :
  Keeping projects on schedule, managing risks, and coaching junior team members.

• Lead Customer Projects
  :
  Run software implementation projects from start to finish for global healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Design Data Solutions
  :
  Set up the platform to track healthcare professionals, organizations, and product data; combine internal data sources into a single source of truth.
• Connect Systems
  :
  Connect Veeva Network MDM to Vault CRM so sales teams can request data updates and view accurate customer profiles.
• Configure Portals and Widgets
  :
  Set up user‑friendly dashboards and widgets for business users.
• Advise Stakeholders
  :
  Run workshops and present designs to client managers and stakeholders, translating technical concepts into plain business language.
• Improve the Team
  :
  Train junior consultants and create reusable templates and guides to speed future implementations.

• Consulting Experience
  : 5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience leading customer‑facing technology implementations.
• MDM Software Skills
  : 3+ years configuring Veeva Network MDM or a comparable major master data management system.
• Data Tech Basics
  :
  Solid understanding of data integration tools (SQL, ETL processes, APIs, CSV/FTP transfers).
• Project Delivery
  :
  Experience with structured project timelines (Agile or Scrum) and task management.
• Communication
  :
  Excellent presentation and writing skills; comfortable leading meetings and managing client relationships.
• Travel & Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); ability to travel 20‑30% for client meetings.
• Work Authorization
  :
  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not provided.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
• Experience with Vault CRM or
• Experience using integration platforms such as Informatica or Mule Soft.

• Base pay: $80,000 - $200,000.
• Salary range is provided to comply with local regulations; actual salaries may vary based on experience and location.
