Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve problems through chat, email, and Microsoft Teams. You will manage first‑tier tickets, assist with troubleshooting across Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, and handle escalations to back‑office teams.
- Provide timely, courteous support to customers via chat, email, and MS Teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams and collaborate with back‑office staff.
- Document solutions in Kyndryl’s knowledge base and maintain accurate ticket records.
- Grow technical expertise and earn certifications such as Google Cloud, Azure, and Microsoft.
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
- 1+ years of support help desk experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent customer support skills and active listening.
- Flexibility to modify approach and adapt to customer needs.
- Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.

- Prior support help desk or customer support experience.

The U.S. salary range for this position is $39,840 to $67,440 per year for a full‑time schedule. Compensation may vary by location and experience.
Location‑specific ranges:
- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $47,760 to $81,000
- California (All Other): $43,800 to $74,280
- Colorado: $39,840 to $67,440
- Massachusetts: $39,840 to $74,280
- New York City: $47,760 to $81,000
- Washington: $43,800 to $74,280
- Washington DC: $43,800 to $74,280
