Intv Format: 2 rounds

• 10+ years or L4-level experience with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage tickets, handle on-call duties, and perform under pressure
• Advanced troubleshooting across Windows and Linux/Unix systems
• Experience with MS SQL Server, DNS, DHCP, SMTP/email flow, and certificate-based authentication
• Deep understanding of directory services (Unix LDAP), Exchange Online, and cross-platform infrastructure

• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware, Nutanix or Citrix Xen

In this role, you'll provide L4-level support for infrastructure operations, working hands-on in a fast‑paced, ticket‑driven environment. Your day‑to‑day will involve troubleshooting issues across Windows and Linux/Unix systems, maintaining MS SQL Server, and resolving network service problems including DNS, DHCP, and email flow via SMTP. You'll manage directory services—particularly Unix LDAP—support Exchange Online, and handle certificate‑based authentication to ensure secure system access and communication.
