Senior Healthcare Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst to support enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. This role will analyze complex healthcare data—including claims, referrals, authorizations, and operational data—and develop scalable reporting solutions that deliver actionable insights across the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong healthcare analytics experience, advanced SQL and Power BI skills, and a solid understanding of healthcare coding and data structures.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reporting.
• Analyze healthcare claims, referral, authorization, and operational data to identify trends and business insights.
• Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL and enterprise data platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Support data integration, validation, and quality initiatives.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and reporting best practices.
• Manage multiple analytics projects while providing recommendations for process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis experience.
• Strong experience with:
• Healthcare claims, referral, and authorization data
• ICD, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• SQL and large-scale data analysis
• Experience working with enterprise data environments (SQL Server, Teradata, Greenplum, Hadoop, or similar).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Healthcare payer or provider experience.
• Home Health or Home Care experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting and data warehouse environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
