Senior Advanced Configuration Management Analyst

As a Sr Advanced Configuration Management Analyst
, you will be part of a high-impact engineering organization defining the future of Honeywell Aerospace technologies across commercial and defense platforms. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, supply chain, and program teams to ensure data integrity, configuration control, and compliance across the product lifecycle.

You will report to the Sr Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ site on a hybrid work schedule (3+). Please note that the new hires are expected to work fully onsite for the first 90 days.

• Lead configuration data management and release activities across complex aerospace programs
• Review and validate engineering drawings, EBOMs, and ECOs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Develop, maintain, and execute Configuration Management Plans aligned with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Perform audits, root cause analysis (RCCA), and corrective actions to ensure data integrity and process adherence
• Act as a key liaison between engineering, supply chain, and program stakeholders
• Provide data reporting and analytics to drive decision-making for internal and external customers
• Manage workflow, prioritization, and throughput of configuration activities
• Champion digital tools and process improvements, including PLM systems and Salesforce knowledge/workload management
• Support PLM upgrades, testing, and tool enhancements
• Drive adoption of industry standards such as SAE EIA-649 and AS9100
• Mentor team members and lead continuous improvement initiatives
