Role Title

Cloud Architect

Location: Chandler, AZ

This role is responsible for assisting in the design and deployment of CTI platform services and AWS/Azure database services that support business strategies in alignment with architectural governance, standards, and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing templates, Terraform modules, Ansible playbooks, and automation
• Supporting deployment of complex technical solutions
• Continuously improving reliability and efficiency of service implementation
• Driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

• Strong experience in:
• AWS Dev Ops
• Azure Dev Ops
• Knowledge of cloud computing architectures and best practices
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :
• Terraform (2+ years)

• Python (2+ years)
• Bash/Shell scripting (2+ years)

• Ansible (2+ years) including:
• Ansible playbooks
• Automation workflows

• Experience with CI/CD toolsets ( 2+ years ):
• Git (Bitbucket)
• Jenkins
• Ansible Tower

• Knowledge of AWS and Azure database services
• Experience integrating and automating solutions across AWS and/or Azure environments

• 2+ years of experience working within a Dev Ops culture
• Strong focus on:
• Automation
• Continuous integration & deployment
• Operational efficiency

• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Containerization technologies
• Kubernetes
• Red Hat Open Shift
• Redis
• MongoDB
• Single Store
