Fleet Registration Agent

Responsibilities:

* Process registration and title paperwork for new and existing vehicles within the fleet.

* Work in close contact with state agencies to obtain titles and registrations.

* Ensure that registration/plates are ordered from the state motor vehicle agencies in a timely manner to supply the credentials to the field so equipment can be released for rental.

* Update mainframe with title and plate numbers.

* Ensure all documents are scanned into imaging systems.

* Run queries and work with various programs using our database.

* Know all procedures and processes in the various jurisdictions for licensing trucks and trailers.

* Keep supervisor and manager informed of the new production schedule and status of licensing and license renewals.

* Provide spreadsheets to the treasury office of new units that are intended to be financed.

* Process re-title work adding or removing banks as lienholders and/or lessors. Previous office experience and excellent data entry a must.

* Must be able to work in a computerized environment and be very proficient in Excel and Word.

* Must have good organization skills and be able to prioritize a heavy workload in a fast paced environment with excellent accuracy.

* Must have excellent attention to detail, communication skills and a positive attitude.

* Experience with processing vehicle related paperwork a plus. Previous U-Haul Experience preferred.

Qualifications:

* Previous office experience and excellent data entry a must.

* Must be able to work in a computerized environment and be proficient in Excel and Word.

* Must have good organization skills and be able to adapt and learn as you go.

* Must have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

* Experience with processing vehicle related paperwork a plus.
