Ministry Analyst

We’re looking for a Ministry Analyst (MA) to join our team at Triumph Tech, helping churches strategically leverage technology to amplify ministry impact. This role is the primary consulting and relationship lead for our church partners — guiding them through projects, managing priorities, and ensuring successful outcomes in partnership with a Technical Solutions Provider (TSP).

• Leading consulting engagements with churches using Rock RMS; understanding ministry goals, translating them into actionable technical plans, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Serving as the main communicator, project organizer, and strategic advisor for assigned church partners.
• Managing projects from kickoff through completion including coordinating meetings, setting priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring clarity across all stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with your paired Technical Solutions Provider to design, test, and implement solutions such as workflows, reports, data integrations, and process automations.
• Helping ministries navigate change management by anticipating challenges, building adoption strategies, and coaching teams through transitions.
• Engaging in strategic conversations with church leaders, identifying opportunities for innovation and improved ministry processes.
• Continuously learning and applying new skills within Rock RMS and related technologies.

• Experience leading projects or implementations that involve both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills — both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Rock RMS or similar platforms used in church or nonprofit settings.
• Strong technical aptitude, including working knowledge of SQL, HTML & CSS, and Lava (or similar templating languages). You’ll be hands‑on with building and troubleshooting reports, workflows, and data integrations, not just managing others who do.
• Experience working in or closely with a church or ministry environment, with an understanding of the unique challenges of church operations.
• A knack for translating ministry goals into technology strategies.
• Care deeply about the mission of the Church and want your work to have eternal impact.

• Have advanced experience with SQL (optimization, complex joins, or stored procedures).
• Have designed automation strategies, integrations, or custom dashboards that improved ministry efficiency.
• Have worked with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Power Query.
• Have experience with change management or guiding teams through major process or technology transitions.
• Have worked in or alongside a church IT or data systems role and can bridge ministry goals with technical execution.
• Tend to paint everything bright orange.
