Oracle Fusion Analyst

Location: HYBRID, Scottsdale, 4 days in office

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

We are looking for a hands‑on Oracle Fusion Cloud subject matter expert to own and optimize the procurement module. This role sits within the procurement team but is functional and systems‑focused rather than a traditional buying seat. The priority is deep, current, hands‑on Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement expertise. Prior buying or purchasing experience is not required. Onsite in the Phoenix area with limited hybrid flexibility.

• Serve as the go‑to subject matter expert for the Oracle Fusion Cloud procurement module, supporting configuration, troubleshooting, and day‑to‑day functional questions
• Build and execute bulk data loads using FBDI and BPA
• Support and optimize procurement workflows, approvals, and system processes within Fusion
• Manage requisition, purchase order, and supplier data structures within the module
• Identify gaps in current Fusion usage and drive process and configuration improvements to get full value from the platform
• Partner with IT, procurement, and finance stakeholders to align system setup with business needs
• Build reporting and pull data from Fusion using native tools such as OTBI, OAC, and BI Publisher
• Document processes and support end‑user enablement across the procurement team

• Deep, hands‑on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience within the procurement module, specifically Fusion Cloud and not EBS
• Direct experience building FBDI and BPA loads
• Working knowledge of Fusion procurement configuration, workflows, and data structures
• Experience with Fusion native reporting tools such as OTBI, OAC, or BI Publisher

• Experience supporting or participating in an Oracle Fusion implementation or migration
• Broader Oracle Fusion module exposure beyond procurement
• SQL and data modeling ability
• Power BI or other data visualization experience
• Exposure to Snowflake, Denodo, or similar data platforms
