Responsibilities
- Ensure IT systems and applications meet the requirements of the businesses and their processes
- Create, influence, and drive customer vision
- Integrate Strategic Business Group (SBG) specific business processes related to Hybris into the Customer & Commercial Excellence (C&CE) Enterprise IT strategy
- Lead eCommerce Operations across SBG in Onshore hours
- Maintain the zero downtime and no P1/P2 for ecommerce solution
- Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in case of any P1/P2
- Collaborate with the Business to solve critical issues
- Develop tactical plans to address short term deficiencies in current infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing and Human Resources Management or a related field of study
- 10 years in SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) and SAP CRM
- 5 years in SAP Web channel and SAP SD
- 3 years in SAP CPQ and SAP C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer)
