Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM & Automation Expert who can design, implement, optimize, and manage CRM systems along with business automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CRM strategy, workflow automation, integrations, data management, and process optimization.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, improving customer lifecycle management, automating repetitive processes, and building scalable CRM ecosystems that enhance productivity and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end CRM implementation, customization, administration, and optimization.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Design and implement CRM workflows, automation rules, triggers, notifications, approval flows, and customer journeys.
  • Configure CRM modules, pipelines, lead management processes, dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Optimize sales, marketing, and customer support processes through CRM solutions.
  • Build integrations between CRM platforms and other business applications using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
  • Automate lead nurturing, customer communication, follow-ups, task management, and reporting workflows.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy, segmentation, governance, and system performance.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights.
  • Manage CRM user roles, permissions, access control, and adoption.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend technology-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations teams to streamline workflows.
  • Provide training and support to users on CRM best practices.
  • Manage CRM migrations, integrations, and automation projects.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management, CRM implementation, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts including:
    • Lead lifecycle management
    • Sales pipeline automation
    • Customer journey mapping

      Workflow automation
    • Data management & segmentation
    • CRM reporting & analytics
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as:
    • Zoho CRM
    • Salesforce
    • Hub Spot CRM
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Fresh sales / other CRM platforms
  • Experience with CRM customization including:
    • Custom modules
    • Fields & layouts
    • Workflows
    • Validation rules
    • Automation rules
    • User permissions
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as:
    • Zapier
    • Make (Integromat)
    • Zoho Flow Power Automate Other workflow automation platforms
  • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and third‑party application connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and operational workflows.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical CRM solutions.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in CRM implementation and automation projects.
  • Knowledge of scripting/customization (Deluge, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Experience integrating CRM with:
    • Marketing automation platforms
    • Email automation tools
    • Whats App/business communication tools
    • Payment systems
    • Customer support platforms
  • Exposure to AI-powered automation solutions for CRM processes.
  • Experience improving CRM adoption across teams.
