our client is currently seeking a qualified it coordinator to join their team onsite in phoenix, az and provide end-user support.
duties and responsibilities- receive orders for it equipment in the system
- pull orders from the otp system, print orders, create fedex labels and provide those to the technician
- prioritize orders accurately
- answer questions on submitted orders
- interact with the imaging technicians on what they need to process for orders
- minimum 2 to 3+ years of experience
- must have strong knowledge of excel
- general knowledge of computer models and general technical acumen
- ability to handle competing tasks and prioritize tasks according to importance
- excellent communication skills
the rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
