Our Road Technicians / Bench Preppers are responsible for repairing PCs, printers, and other computer equipment, preparing new equipment for delivery to customers and providing phone-based support to customers to resolve software and hardware issues.

• Repairing PCs, printers, and other computer equipment.
• Providing phone-based support.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable car for travel to customer locations (reimbursed for mileage).
• Candidates will need to pass a background check.
• Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a computer support position.
• Experience in point of sale systems and/or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.

This position is paid hourly and will be required to work overtime as needed.
