Senior Financial Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with strong data and visualization capabilities to support complex reporting, analytics, and insight generation initiatives. This individual will work hands‑on with large, raw datasets—transforming them into clear, actionable insights that drive operational and financial decision‑making. This is a highly technical, business‑facing role requiring a blend of financial acumen, data manipulation expertise, and the ability to communicate insights visually to stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (data modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)
• Strong experience with data querying (SQL or similar tools)
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and manipulate data quickly and accurately
• Experience building dashboards and visual reports (Power BI or similar tools)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights
• Experience working cross‑functionally with IT and business stakeholders
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and deliver polished outputs
• Experience working within healthcare systems or payer/provider environments
• Familiarity with Epic Clarity (or similar healthcare databases)
• Exposure to governed data environments with limited direct database access
• Experience supporting revenue cycle, operational, or clinical analytics reporting
