About the Internship

Our Spring internship provides hands-on experience in the fast-paced and exciting semiconductor industry. Our interns will work alongside industry projects and gain valuable insights into our core engineering roles. This program is designed to grow and shape the industry leaders of tomorrow, offering a chance to learn, develop and build the skills needed for a successful career in the semiconductor field.

What to expect

This position is a paid internship that is expected to start January/February 2027 and continue through April/May 2027
. The duration will be 12 weeks, full time and on site. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in a full-time academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for our Early Career opportunities.

What You'll Do

As a Talent Insights Intern at ASM, you will help build Develop dynamic competitor org charts and map adjacent talent pools, leveraging AI tools to create a scalable intelligence system that TA and business teams can continuously update.

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML
  , or a related field
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, workforce analytics, or HR strategy
• Comfort analyzing unstructured data and synthesizing insights for business audiences

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience by working on industry-relevant workforce intelligence projects, providing meaningful exposure to strategic TA and business decision-making.
