Systems Administrator, Technical Support, IT Support
The Role
As an Account Technical Services Professional, you will be a key part of the seamless operation of highly critical IT systems. You will orchestrate system setup and installation, ensuring all components work appropriately, and troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. You will respond to tickets, meet SLAs, patch and ensure compliance, diagnose issues, offer technical solutions, and mentor team members to align solutions with customer needs.
RequiredSkills and Experience
- Technical knowledge and expertise in the given technology/service domain
- Must have AZ DMV experience
- 1+ years of experience providing IT support
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Effective problem‑solving skills to address issues and optimize processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
$55,200 to $99,240 based on a full‑time schedule. Regional ranges:
San Francisco Bay Area $66,240–$119,040;
All Other California $60,720–$109,200;
Colorado $55,200–$99,240;
Massachusetts $55,200–$109,200;
New York City $66,240–$119,040;
Washington $60,720–$109,200;
Washington DC $60,720–$109,200.
