The Data Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and analysis of operational data within ABM and TRAX platforms. This position serves as the primary point of contact system oversight, reporting, data integrity, mobile device management, and operational analytics

Education

* Associate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.

* Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

* Experience

* 2-5 years of experience in operations support, system administration, data analysis, or related field.

* Experience generating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

* Knowledge of airport, aviation, facilities, or custodial operations is preferred.

Technical Skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Strong analytical and data management skills.

* Experience creating charts, graphs, dashboards, and performance reports.

* Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and mobile device issues.

* Knowledge of database management and reporting tools preferred.

Physical Requirements

This role serves as the operational bridge between technology, data analytics, dispatch operations, and leadership decision-making to ensure efficient and data-driven airport operations.

TRAX System Administration

* Oversee and maintain data accuracy and integrity within the TRAX platform.

* Manage TRAX user accounts, permissions, and system configurations.

* Coordinate and maintain TRAX licensing requirements, including adding, updating, and removing licenses as needed.

* Monitor system performance and collaborate with TRAX support teams to resolve issues.

Reporting & Analytics

* Generate and distribute recurring operational reports.

* Run and analyze cleaning alert reports to identify trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
