Must Have Technical/Functional Skills- 36 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or a related role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and cloud-native systems
- Ability to read and understand code, architecture diagrams, and ADRs
- Excellent written communication and editing skills
- Experience with documentation tooling (Markdown, Git Hub, Confluence, etc.)
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering and architecture teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Dev Ops practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience with project tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, MS Project, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
The Analyst (Technical Writer) is responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports developers, users, and stakeholders. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer-facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.
