Located in a Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ IT Hub, you will lead a twilight shift (Mon–Fri 11:00pm–7:00am, EST) and oversee a 24x7 production support model to ensure high availability of mission‑critical platforms. You will mentor SRE teams, coordinate incident management, and drive automation, monitoring, and capacity planning.
