Position Summary
The Field IT Engineer – Executive Services is responsible for delivering high touch technical support to executive leadership, ensuring a seamless technology experience across all devices and environments. This role requires advanced technical troubleshooting capabilities, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate with urgency, discretion, and precision in high‑visibility situations. This position specializes in Apple ecosystem support (macOS, iOS, iCloud) while maintaining a strong proficiency across Windows platforms and enterprise mobility (iPhone and Android).
Key responsibilities include proactive executive support, end‑user issue resolution, Service Now ticket management, and device lifecycle management (imaging, configuration, and replacement). Daily activities include workstation imaging, advanced end‑user technical support, software installation and upgrades, and supporting Microsoft Teams collaboration, ensuring executive readiness for meetings and key events.
- Provide exemplary technical support to end‑users and executive staff (remote and in‑office). This will include but not limited to troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems, network connectivity, and providing access to systems and applications.
- Provide training and guidance to employees using company IT systems, and software applications.
- Serves as an escalation point for facility and end‑user technical issues and incidents between facilities personnel, management, and IT.
- Maintain and repair computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. This may involve hardware, software, and firmware upgrades and replacement.
- Manage and support Outlook mail clients, and Microsoft Collaboration tools such as Teams, Office 365, One Drive, One Note.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to oversee the IT infrastructure operations at corporate locations.
- Work with a ticketing system for assignments of end‑user requests.
- Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
- 4 years of end‑user support specializing in MAC, Windows and mobile (iOS/Android) devices.
- Experience managing and providing end‑user support for the Microsoft Office suite:
One Drive, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. - Experience with imaging computers, setting up and troubleshooting printers/copiers.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on network experience.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in our Phoenix, AZ office. This candidate will be required to work onsite 4‑days per week, with the option to work 1‑day per week remote.
