Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical expertise in JDA Merchandise Management System (MMS)
- Support item management, pricing, promotions, markdowns, inventory, and sales audit processes
- Troubleshoot and optimize batch processing on IBM i (AS400)
- Lead system enhancements, configurations, and integrations with POS, E-commerce, WMS, and reporting platforms
- Collaborate with business and IT teams for requirements gathering, testing, and production support
- Ensure data accuracy, system stability, and compliance across merchandising and financial processes
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience with JDA MMS on AS400/IBM i
- Experience with RPG/CL, SQL, batch jobs, and system integrations is preferred
- Proven experience leading troubleshooting, upgrades, and production support in large retail environments
