Position Overview:

Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. Analyze current legacy systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions. Document business requirements through BRDs and FRDs, translating ideas into technical specifications. Facilitate process mapping, use case creation, and scope management. Support testing phases by developing test cases and ensuring project deliverables meet the original specifications.

Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proven ability to analyze legacy systems and identify improvements. Skilled in requirements documentation, including BRDs and FRDs. Experience in process mapping, use case development, and scope negotiation. Strong communication skills to serve as the central point of contact among stakeholders.
