Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

Serve as a Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager supporting enterprise Dev Sec Ops  initiatives by coordinating cross-functional delivery teams, managing Agile execution, and ensuring consistent adoption of secure CI/CD pipeline practices. Partner closely with Cloud Platform Engineering leadership, security teams, and application delivery teams to improve delivery velocity, reduce deployment risk, and standardize release governance across multiple digital products.

• Act as Scrum Master for platform and application teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Dev Sec Ops  and CI/CD initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Partner with Cloud Platform Engineering leadership to translate platform strategy into executable delivery plans and sprint-level commitments
• Coordinate work across engineering, security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure aligned priorities and predictable delivery outcomes
• Maintain and prioritize program backlogs, ensuring work was clearly defined, sequenced, and aligned to enterprise delivery objectives
• Remove delivery impediments by proactively escalating risks, resolving dependencies, and facilitating decision-making across technical and operational stakeholders

• Agile Enablement of CI/CD Pipelines
  • Support Scrum teams implementing standardized CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications, enabling repeatable and compliant deployments across environments
• Embedded Security in Agile Delivery
  • Coordinate integration of security and compliance checks into sprint workflows and pipeline stages to support secure-by-default delivery practices
• Release & Deployment Governance
  • Manage release coordination and deployment readiness activities, including versioning standards, go-live criteria, and post-release validation
• Cross-Team Delivery Alignment
  • Serve as the central coordination point between application teams and platform engineering to ensure pipeline capabilities met delivery needs without introducing delays

• Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery
• Dev Sec Ops  delivery practices
• Azure cloud delivery environments
• Infrastructure-as-Code collaboration (e.g., Terraform)
• Backlog management and delivery tracking (Jira/Azure Dev Ops)
• Release planning and change coordination

• Improve delivery predictability and sprint throughput by strengthening Agile execution and dependency management
• Reduce deployment friction and rework through consistent pipeline practices and early security integration
• Enable scalable Dev Sec Ops  adoption by providing structured delivery, clear governance, and repeatable execution models across teams
