Spectrum Search is working with a top client here in Phoenix for a Senior Salesforce & Business Systems Analyst.
The role provides:
- High visibility across the organization
- Opportunity to lead Salesforce improvements, reporting, automation, data quality, and business systems initiatives
- Ability to help shape future AI-related projects
We're looking for someone with:
- Business Systems Analyst or CRM support background
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Experience working with business users and third-party vendors/consultants
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus

Depending on experience, this role pays $110k-$130k base + bonus
