Overview
Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with strong Microsoft and cloud infrastructure experience to support financial services clients in an MSP environment. This role combines client-facing consulting, engineering, and Tier 3 support.
Requirements
- 6+ years of systems/infrastructure engineering experience
- MSP experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft technologies background
- Client-facing experience
- Enterprise networking expertise
Technical Skills
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams
- AWS and Google Cloud Platform
- VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 support and technical escalation
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Support cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Manage enterprise networking and security solutions
- Perform root cause analysis and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Create technical documentation and SOPs
- Implement security best practices, including MFA, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust
- Perform patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and disaster recovery activities
Preferred Certifications: Azure, CCNA, VMware, CISSP
