+ Collaborate with development teams to understand system architecture, design, and integration points, providing guidance rooted in technical expertise.

+ Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively by working closely with architects, developers, QA, and operations teams.

+ Manage cross-functional work streams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain clear ownership across all parties.

+ Facilitate communication and reporting to leadership through dashboards, KPIs, and regular updates to ensure transparency and alignment.

* + Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 8+ years of project or program management experience in large-scale initiatives.
