PC Technician

We are looking for a PC Technician to support end-user technology needs in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a Contract position focused on maintaining computer hardware, preparing devices for deployment, and resolving technical issues across desktop environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Dell Technologies equipment, Microsoft platforms, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and Active Directory while delivering dependable deskside support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues, ensuring timely resolution for end users.
• Install, configure, and deploy computer hardware and software in alignment with organizational standards and project needs.
• Troubleshoot operating system, Microsoft application, and connectivity problems across a variety of user devices.
• Support account-related tasks within Active Directory, including basic user and system administration activities.
• Prepare and image systems for new deployments, replacements, and refresh initiatives using established configuration practices.
• Diagnose hardware failures on Dell Technologies equipment and coordinate repair or replacement as needed.
• Maintain accurate asset, configuration, and support records to promote consistency and operational visibility.
• Deliver deskside support for escalated technical concerns, working directly with users to restore functionality efficiently.
