As a designer on the HUE Team, you will help to define the design direction and contribute directly to creating the next generation of user experience on a wide variety of leading-edge products and services. This can include General Aviation, Business, Commercial, and Military aircraft avionics, Space, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), web-based and app-based software, and even virtual reality solutions.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to develop needs-based solutions, develop personas, conduct user research, define UX metrics and outcomes, and act as a voice for the customer and end user throughout the product development life cycle.

• Facilitating workshops and design sprints across multi-disciplinary teams to develop business cases, product and service design concepts, and defining UX metrics and outcomes
• Leading user-centered design initiatives across a wide range of projects
• Coaching and developing both designers and stakeholders to define and/or improve experiences across a wide range of offerings
• Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy aligned with business goals. Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the organization.
• Provide end-to-end UX/UI support for all digital touchpoints that have customer implications across our products, services, and offerings
• Conduct user research activities to gain insights into user behavior and preferences. Utilize research findings to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Lead the design process from concept to implementation. Manage UX aspects of projects and help to identify solutions to business needs using Figma to develop high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
