Are you an experienced Scrum Master who enjoys enabling high-performing teams, removing roadblocks, and driving successful Agile delivery? We have an exciting Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a leading Public Sector / Government Technology environment
!
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban & SAFe
- Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives & other Agile ceremonies
- Strong experience with Jira and/or Azure Dev Ops
- Ability to remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
- Experience coaching teams on Agile principles and self-organization
- Ability to work with business, technical teams, and end users
- Government or public-sector technology experience is a plus
- Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams / scaled Agile environments is preferred
