Duration: 09 Months (Temp to Hire/ Contract to Full-Time)
Pay Range: $55~$59 an hour on W2 without benefits (No C2C)
Job Description:- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
- Remove impediments and help teams become more collaborative and self-organizing.
- Manage sprints, backlogs, and Agile workflows using Jira and/or Azure Dev Ops.
- Partner with Product Owners, technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users.
- Resolve conflicts, improve team performance, and promote transparency and accountability.
- 2+ years of Scrum Master, Agile, or project coordination experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
- CSM or PSM certification preferred.
- Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams or working in a SAFe environment is a plus.
- Government or judicial technology experience is highly desirable.
