Service Desk Analyst
Our client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT support team and provide responsive, customer-focused technical support to internal end users across multiple locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, thrives in a fast-paced support environment, and can balance strong technical skills with a helpful, customer-service-oriented approach.
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85050 – Onsite 4 days per week
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $22–26/hr W2, depending on experience
Contract: 6–12+ months

What You’ll Do:- Provide high-volume technical support to internal end users through phone, email, chat, and a ticketing system, handling 40–50+ calls per day.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, connectivity, password, mobile device, and other end-user technology issues.
- Support technologies including PCs, handheld devices, switches, routers, hotspots, scanners, virtual machines, and software installations.
- Manage technical support tickets that may involve multiple issues within a single interaction, documenting and working through each issue to resolution.
- Locate and utilize knowledge articles and available resources to quickly troubleshoot issues while providing a positive and professional customer experience.
- Previous Service Desk, Help Desk, or technical call center experience in a high-volume environment handling 40+ calls per day is required.
- Hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, computer operating systems, software, mobile devices, password resets, networking equipment, scanners, virtual machines, and related end-user technologies.
- Experience with Service Now or a similar IT ticketing system;
Service Now experience is highly preferred. - Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
