U-Haul is seeking a Business Analyst to support HR analytics and reporting strategy at our Phoenix corporate campus. You will develop Power BI dashboards, analyze HR program data, and partner with HR and non-HR teams to drive data-informed decisions.
This onsite role requires Power BI, SQL, and Excel proficiency;
Workday knowledge is a plus. You will extract data from data warehouses and present insights to leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
