Technical Project Manager
Our client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Technical Project Manager for their Phoenix, AZ location. Responsibilities include working within and across teams to anticipate, track and resolve risks and impediments to delivery, managing risks from identification to resolution, tracking delivery and driving technology solutions in support of key product initiatives of medium to high complexity, managing multiple initiatives across multiple teams, and having a strong understanding of organizational, product and industry standard metrics.
The role also requires excellent oral and written interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managers, mentoring, guiding, and supporting Technical Project Managers, Agile Champions, and other team members as appropriate, monitoring and ensuring compliance with SDLC standards, providing executive level updates at the program level to key leaders to showcase the health of the overall program, partnering with Product Management team(s) to develop viable roadmaps for platforms and capabilities within a portfolio, ensuring deliverables across engineering teams are high-quality and clearly documented in compliance with SDLC standards, and having a deep understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility and complexity.
Requirements include leading Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality, experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams, outstanding influential and collaboration skills; ability to drive consensus and tangible outcomes, demonstrated by breaking down, TMP
