As a Senior IT Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of IT Software, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and related services. You will evaluate vendors and contracts, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance. Your expertise will drive software rationalization and optimization across the organization.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT software procurement.
- Proven experience in end-to-end software acquisitions, contract renewals, and license optimization.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-value contracts and SLAs.
- Ability to conduct TCO and ROI analyses for technology investments.
- Proficiency in managing software asset management (SAM) repositories.
- Deep functional knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, RaaS, and IaaS licensing models.
- Experience with the ISO-9902 Cloud Procurement Framework.
- Technical project management skills to manage procurement pipelines.
- Experience in drafting and scoring complex RFP/RFQ solicitations.
